Quality

The Asturian Valley (roxa) and Asturian Mountain (casina) cows raised in our pastures are protected under the European quality label “Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Asturian Veal”. This distinction is linked to the composition of the pastures, the traditional management of the cattle, which implies a high degree of animal welfare, and in general to the sustainable use of natural resources, all of which have an enormous influence on the quality and wholesomeness of the meat produced.
