About

Natura Somiedo is an Ecotourism and Environmental Education company. The activities are carried out by local guides who have the qualifications required by current tourism regulations regarding recreational and tourist activities in the natural environment.

We also have the authorization of the Natural Park for the realization of our activities and with Civil Responsibility and Accident Insurance.

We carry out our activities in a totally respectful way with the environment and from a conservationist point of view.

Activities

–Observation of bears and guided tour to look for signs of their presence. In this activity we talk about different aspects related to the species, such as its biology, habitat, conservation problems, etc.

–Flora observation through different itineraries to learn about the great variety and abundance of plant species that inhabit Somiedo. We are especially fascinated by orchids.

–Guided routes to discover some of the most unknown corners of Somiedo, respecting at all times the zoning of the Park.

–Bird watching in the different ecosystems present in Somiedo.

–Deer browsing to observe and listen to this authentic spectacle of nature.

–Environmental education through different activities, itineraries, workshops and conferences adapted to all types of public.
