4-“Walls of Somiedo”: Las Viñas

Explosive and colorful climb with data that speak for themselves: 200 m of ascent in 1.2 km in length, 16.7% average gradient, 21% maximum gradient and 11 spectacular horseshoe turns on an asphalt in good condition that will test our legs in every meter.

Starting from the junction with the AS-227 road at kilometer point 31 (520 m), we will ascend through its incredible horseshoe curves to Las Viñas (720 m), a village perched on the slope of the Penalba peak, from where we will enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of part of the climb to San Lorenzo and La Bustariega.
