The Lakes of Somiedo and Saliencia
Within the Natural Park, the Somiedo Lake Complex, comprising the lakes of Saliencia, Lago del Valle and the high mountain area between the lakes and the southern boundary of the council of Somiedo, in which the Picos Albos stand out, has been recognized as a Natural Monument to ensure the conservation of a unique enclave.
